How to customize your keychain?
1 - Make sure to select your desired ‘color’ and ‘size’ of the keychain you want and purchase the item.

You would send a separate email to us immediately advising if you would like either the ‘I love my girlfriend’ or ‘I love my boyfriend’ keychain and also the photo you wish to include. Please remember to include your order number within the email as well.

2 - If you do not send us an email with a photo and keychain option within 48hrs, we will send you a heart-shaped keychain with "CUSTOM TEXT" or "CUSTOM PHOTO".

3 - We will reply to your message with the preview of the keychains according to your custom option and photos.

4 - You confirm that the photo works great for you and we produce it. If you don't confirm the photo within 24hrs, we will produce your customized keychain according to the first preview.



What kind of picture is suitable for making good quality keychains?
1 - Make sure they are allowed by platform policies, otherwise we are not able to see and receive your photo, such as naked photos.

2 - Make sure the content of picture is suitable for heart shape.

3 - Make sure they are VIVID ,the more vivid your picture is, the better your keychain's quality will be!
